– Royalty-Free Content: All beats are free of royalty obligations for permitted uses, ensuring flexibility for your projects.

5. License and Usage Rights

5.1 Basic Lease License

Upon subscribing and downloading a beat, FreeServHub grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free Basic Lease License. This license permits you to incorporate the beat into your original musical compositions or content (e.g., songs, videos, podcasts) for personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms. 5.2 Ownership

All beats generated on FreeServHub remain the exclusive intellectual property of Kingcoven Beats, our supplier. This includes the underlying composition, arrangement. Your download and use of a beat do not transfer ownership, copyright, or any proprietary rights beyond the scope of the Basic Lease License. For example, you cannot register the beat itself with a copyright office or claim it as your own creation. Also you cannot use content ID on any of the musical compositions created with these beats as this might after other users while uploading their compositions on music streaming platforms.

5.3 Permitted Uses

You are free to:

– Integrate beats into original works, such as recording vocals over them to create a song or syncing them with video content.

– Distribute or sell your completed compositions commercially (e.g., on streaming platforms like Spotify, YouTube, or Bandcamp) and retain all royalties earned from those works.

– Use beats containing vocal samples—like hooks, adlibs, or one-shots—in your projects, provided they remain part of a larger composition.

For instance, if you create a song using a FreeServHub beat and it goes viral, you keep all earnings from streams or sales, with no obligation to pay us additional fees but appreciation of the platform in kind is allowed.

5.4 Prohibited Uses

To protect the integrity of our Service and Kingcoven Beats’s rights, you may not:

– Sell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the beats as standalone products (e.g., offering them for download on your website or including them in a sample pack).

– Share beats with third parties outside of a completed composition (e.g., sending the raw audio file to a friend or collaborator).

– Use beats in any illegal, defamatory, or infringing manner (e.g., pairing them with hate speech or pirated content).

– Modify beats to create derivative works for resale as beats (e.g., remixing a FreeServHub beat and selling it as a new instrumental).

Violation of these restrictions may result in termination of your account and legal action by FreeServHub or Kingcoven Beats.

5.5 Royalty-Free Status

All beats on FreeServHub are designated royalty-free, meaning you owe no additional payments to FreeServHub or Kingcoven Beats for using them in your compositions, regardless of how much revenue your work generates. This applies globally, across all platforms, and for all permitted uses. However, if a beat contains third-party samples requiring clearance (e.g., a recognizable vocal from a copyrighted song or melody loop),you’re responsible for obtaining such clearance if needed.

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Account Security

Your account is your gateway to FreeServHub, and you’re responsible for safeguarding it. This includes keeping your login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes) confidential and not sharing them with others. Your Basic Lease License grants usage rights, not ownership. Kingcoven Beats retains the right to license the same beats to other users or platforms, meaning your license is non-exclusive. If you have questions about a beat’s origins or licensing, contact us, and we’ll coordinate with Kingcoven Beats as needed.

 7.3 User Content

You own the original compositions you create using FreeServHub beats (e.g., a song with your lyrics and our instrumental). However, by uploading or generating content on our platform (e.g., saving a project in your account), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, process, and back up that content as necessary to operate the Service. For example, we might store your downloaded beats in our cloud to ensure you can access them later. This license ends when you delete your content or terminate your account, except for backups retained per our data policies.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
